Refund policy

LuxeVine London Return and Refund Policy

At LuxeVine London, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Any free gifts received with the order must be returned as well.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: These cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customercare@luxevinelondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Wait for a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

2.2 Shipping

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping Method: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

3. Refunds

3.1 Processing Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds

  • Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  • Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@luxevinelondon.co.uk.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [contact email].
